Payment Instructions

Please follow the steps below to remit payment for Conference Fees and Hotel Accommodations.

 

Step 1: Submit Registration

Please go to Registration to fill out and submit your official registration for the conference. Once you have done so, we will contact you within 48 hours confirming your registration, conference fees and hotel costs.

 

Step 2: Fill out The University of Arizona W-9

Once we have contacted you regarding registration, please fill out the W-9 for The University of Arizona.

Step 3: Send a check

When you have completed the W-9 above, please send us a check for the conference fee listed in the email you received. Your check should be sent and postmarked no later than January 1, 2016 to ensure proper registration. Please do not include hotel costs in this payment.

Step 4: Check Email Frequently

Once you have sent your payment, please continue to check your email for updates. We will send you a receipt once payment is received. Also, we will continue to update you about the conference via email. 

 

Step 5: Choose your Hotel

Once hotel costs have been determined, you will need to chose a hotel and make your payment directly to the hotel. There are two hotels to choose from. Please click on the logos below to explore the hotel accommodation choices.
